Some Basic Relaxation Techniques
Relaxation is the opposite of tension. We've already found that our bodies react to danger, worry and anxiety. We also react to grief. Whatever the cause of the tension, there are many simple things we can do to help lower the level of stress and relieve tension that is building up inside.
